The service was terrible i Emailed your customer service 3 differnt times. No reply and you guys even sent me the wrong size.. I would not recommend this site to anyone

Title says it all. I actually got this review request before they even shipped my product. Package also arrived damaged.

I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER #4366 AND NOBODY WILL GIVE ME TRACKING NUMBERS CALL ME,OR EMAIL ME BACK
EITHER SEND ME MY ORDER OR REFUND ME

I ordered a pair of Salomon gtx boots and was informed a week later after they were supposed to arrive there was a glitch in the shipping system so they never went out
I then spoke to said supposed owner after I ordered another pair and he assured me I would be taken care of and my original order would be shipped to me
My second order was canceled and now I have been ghosted after basically pleading for any kind of communication as far as shipping or tracking information
I have called and emailed almost every day
It’s going on twenty one days of zero communication
